| Base Salary |
Our base salary ranges are based on competitive market data. Employees are paid salaries within their range, based on performance, skill, and experience. |

| Service Bonus | Hourly employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus based on service. This bonus is paid at year-end. |

| Management Incentive Plan |
All other employees are eligible to receive a bonus based on performance targets. Performance is measured against individual and Company goals. |

| Medical Benefits | The Point-of-Service Plan offers a choice of co-pay and deductibles. Referrals are not required to visit a specialist. | ||

Preventative, Basic, Major and Orthodontia services are covered. |

| Flexible Spending Accounts |
Supporting our benefit program, Nycomed US Inc. allows employees to direct part of their pay, on a pre-tax basis, into special accounts that can be used throughout the year to pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses and to help cover work-related dependent care. |

| Life Insurance | Coverage for all full-time employees is provided at two times annual salary. | ||
| Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance |
This coverage provides a death benefit equal to twice the employee’s annual salary. A schedule of benefits for the loss of limbs, etc. is also provided. |

Supplemental Life Insurance |
Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and dependent children. Maximum employee coverage is up to 5 times salary. |
||
| Salary Continuance/Short-Term Disability Insurance | Salary continuation is provided to employees who are on an approved medical leave. Benefit levels vary by grade level. | ||
| Long-Term Disability Insurance | In the event of total or permanent disability preventing the ability to work beyond six months, employees are eligible for Long-Term Disability consideration, subject to insurance company approval. Benefits are at 60% of earnings. | ||

| 401 (k) |
Employees may participate upon date of hire. Employees may contribute up to 50% of their salary on a before-tax basis. Nycomed US Inc. matches 100% for the first 3% of employee contributions, and 50% of the next 2% of employee contributions, for an overall 4% match. Employees are immediately 100% vested in the Company’s contributions. |

| Pension Plan | Nycomed US Inc. provides, at no cost to the employee, a defined benefit pension plan based on years of service and salary. Employees are vested after 5 years of service. | ||

| Vacation |
Time to relax and regroup is important. To allow Nycomed US Inc. employees time away from the office, after 3 months of service, the Company provides an attractive vacation policy. Employees earn additional vacation time based on service up to a maximum of 6 weeks. |

Nycomed US Inc. observes 12 Company-paid holidays. Employees also receive 2 personal floating holidays. |

| Education Reimbursement |
Nycomed US Inc. will reimburse employees for educational expenses for job related courses or degree programs based on grade achieved, up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year. |

| Bereavement Leave | Nycomed US Inc. provides employees who wish to take time off due to the death of an immediate household member up to 3 days of bereavement leave. | ||
| Adoption Assistance |
Nycomed US Inc. provides up to $10,000 for adoption expenses per adoption to employees with six months of service. Employees are also granted one week of paid leave during the adoption process. |
